Well done!!! You found the twelfth clue!!!

The Mystery...

Part 12 -  Jesus Laid In The Tomb

Picture

What's Happened So Far?

  • After Jesus’ death, Romans cast lots (a way of deciding things, almost like flipping a coin) to divide up his clothes, and Jesus’ body was laid in a tomb belonging to a man named Joseph.
  • A heavy stone was rolled in front of the tomb, and is was guarded by Roman soldiers to make sure nobody stole Jesus’ body.

Something To Think About:

Jesus’ life and death are widely considered even by non-Christians to be historical facts. There is strong historical evidence that there was a man named Jesus who lived in Galilee and was executed by the Romans.
The biggest question, and the one that historians cannot answer isn’t whether Jesus lived and then died, but whether Jesus died, and then lived again. What do you think?
